Pre-Phase 2 construction will be completed on September 12, 2021. On Sunday, September 12, 2021, beginning at 7 pm, southbound Elkton Road motorists will be switched to the completed northbound side of Elkton Rd. Expect delays while the traffic switch takes place. The traffic switch will be completed by 5 am on Monday, September 12, 2021. Following the traffic switch, Phase 2 work will begin and includes the reconstruction of pavement along southbound Elkton Rd, side road tie-ins and sidewalk.
